- This came in the least out of the three.I tried all three pencils, but this one worked the least for me. It made my eyes feel a little burnt and I didn't like the smell either.
- It moisturizes my eyes nicely.It absorbs easily and lasts a long time. If I hydrate my eyes with this, then the primer is much, much easier to apply.
